Refund policy

How to return your purchase:

1. All returns require a return authorization number
2. Please contact us at info@yniq.se or call 970-390-2244 with your order number and reason for return
3. Our customer service team will review the return request within 2 business days of receiving the request
4. Upon approval a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you
5. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed after delivery, and 14 business days for any applicable refunds
